Yoga Classes

Yoga is an ancient Indian philosophy designed as a path to enlightenment. However, these days yoga classes more often used as a form of physical exercise, stress management and rehabilitation.

Follow your path

There are many different forms of yoga but each of them generally relies on structured poses and breath awareness. Each yoga position is generally held for a period of time and linked with the breathing.

A full session of yoga generally exercises every part of the body and is usually followed by a period of relaxation. The purpose of yoga is to create full body strength and flexibility as well as calming the mind. During classes the poses can be modified to suit all individuals making it a great class for beginners through to advanced individuals.
