Personal Trainer & Movement Coach
In 2009 I was introduced to the Japanese approach to health and fitness, where I discovered that being a personal trainer and movement coach was about changing lives and not lifting weights.
Being a personal trainer in Peterborough was not enough to get the results my clients were seeking. Through my professional experience and knowledge, I am able to develop techniques bespoke to an individual’s needs. This is the philosophy that runs through Be You.
From someone learning to walk again to rebuilding life after cancer treatment, from helping recovery from a triple heart bypass to helping a bride fit into her wedding dress, I have been inspired by them all and feel privileged to be part of the journey.
Tori Cuthbert MSc
I am passionate about helping with injury and rehabilitation. I studied Sports Rehabilitation at St Mary’s University and have a BSc Honours Degree in Sports Science. I believe that an individual’s history creates their own body map, and it is my job to correctly decode that map to solve a problem and provide a cure.
I am also a qualified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist, Running Technique Coach (Runfix®) and Sports Massage therapist. I specialised in running-related injuries, all things inflammation, back pain and sciatica, running biomechanics and technique, and injury rehabilitation and prevention.
