Movement Coaching
No matter your fitness goals or level of experience, our movement coaching uses subtle movement coaching cues to build exercises tailored to you.
I like to move it
Learning to move correctly is something all of us have to do at some stage in our life whether it’s learning to walk as a child or recovering from an injury. We use subtle movement coaching cues to build exercises, for all abilities, that leave you feeling better at the end of a session, not worse.
The study of human biomechanics is scientifically proven method supported by X-Rays and has been around since the Renaissance and coaching you to move differently is considered one of our primary tools when aiding injury rehabilitation and it helps us determine the root cause of the issue.

Would movement coaching benefit you?
The job of a movement coach is to help you find the most efficient way to build individual movement patterns and habits. We begin by walking every new client through a sequence of simple movements to help understand their individual mobility injuries, aches, pains, strengths and weaknesses.
Of course, everyone is different, so this is a great way of assessing them in detail and really personalising their session.
Helping weight loss
Movement coaching is also an extremely powerful tool when trying to build strength or lose weight. Typically, when trying to tone your body, you might lift weights with a personal trainer or run on the treadmill, both of which require movement.
However, it’s likely, that at some point you will hit your natural ‘movement wall’. This might be due to your level of fitness, lack of strength or a recurring injury. Our coaches will help you break through that wall by teaching you to move more efficiently, helping you reach your goals.
