Combining our knowledge of the human body and how it moves and coaching you to move differently is one of our primary tools when helping you in your weight loss journey. Equally, suppose you are dealing with physical pain and discomfort or recovering from an injury. In that case, movement coaching will help us determine the root cause of the issue and help with rehabilitation.

Learning to move correctly is something all of us have to do at some stage in our life, whether it’s learning to walk as a child or recovering from an injury. Over the years, we adapt the way in which we move to compensate for pain or injury.
